We understand that each owner has put in a lot of effort to keep the famous Prince Motors designed G7 engine running smoothly.
While the supply of parts from manufacturers has almost ceased, there are reproduction parts for rotating parts and sealing parts, but there are almost no reproduction parts for cooling system parts.
Especially when it comes to the water pump, its failure is directly linked to engine overheating.
I believe that each owner has taken great pains to maintain its condition.
Therefore, we are planning a new improved version of the water pump assy.
Through measuring original parts, considering improvements, creating 3D/2D drawings, laying molds, prototyping, and testing.
The product has now been completed.
The product features are as follows.
・Use of casting materials strictly prepared based on JIS standards.
・By using the lost wax manufacturing method for the main body, there are fewer burrs and the
ideal internal (channel) shape with a fine casting surface is stably ensured.
・Dip electrodeposition coating allows the coating to adhere to the inside, improving rust
prevention performance.
・Adoption of mechanical seals and special bearings with modern performance and durability
based on dimensions and shapes of original parts.
・Added burrs to prevent disconnection and leakage of each piping insertion part.
・Eliminates waste material to achieve weight reduction and beautiful appearance.
