YAMAHA YDS series CLANKSHAFT DISASSEMBLE TOOL

As everyone knows, the YAMAHA YDS series uses a special crankcase that is split into left and right halves, and the crankshaft also has a special structure to accommodate this.

To replace the crankshaft's center bearing and oil seal, it is necessary to disassemble the crankshaft, but since the crankshaft has a special structure, this work is extremely difficult without a special disassembly tool.

This time, we will introduce a dedicated disassembly tool that makes it possible.

How to use

1.Assembling the disassembly tool to the crankshaft

2.Separation of left and right crankshaft

3.Remove the crankshaft (left or right) from the center holder

4.Removing the crank pin from the crankshaft (left)

5.Remove the crank pin from the crankshaft (right)
