We understand that each owner has put in a lot of effort to keep the famous Prince Motors designed G7 engine running smoothly.
While the supply of parts from manufacturers has almost ceased, there are reproduction parts for rotating parts and sealing parts, but there are almost no reproduction parts for cooling system parts.
Especially when it comes to the water pump, its failure is directly linked to engine overheating.

Therefore, we are planning a new improved version of the water pump assy.
Through measuring original parts, considering improvements, creating 3D\/2D drawings, laying molds, prototyping, and testing.

ideal internal (channel) shape with a fine casting surface is stably ensured.
\u30fbDip electrodeposition coating allows the coating to adhere to the inside, improving rust
prevention performance.
\u30fbAdoption of mechanical seals and special bearings with modern performance and durability
based on dimensions and shapes of original parts.
\u30fbAdded burrs to prevent disconnection and leakage of each piping insertion part.
\u30fbEliminates waste material to achieve weight reduction and beautiful appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
